Eileen is a process improvement expert and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with over 10 years’ experience. She brings a proven ability to deliver sustained results in complex environments. At Alacer, Eileen has played a key role in many Financial Services engagements, including AML Programs, Regulatory Reporting and Compliance projects, and responding to Audit and Regulatory Findings. Her experience has shown her that if you want to truly solve problems and not just treat symptoms, you need the vision to see the end goal and the willingness to question your own assumptions.
Having worked across multiple industries (Financial, Technology, Government), Eileen is adept at rapidly assimilating the unique processes and business goals of the organizations she supports. She also understands the importance of building strong relationships within and across teams in order to ensure that the efficiencies gained can be sustained and built upon in the future.
Before coming to Alacer, Eileen led process improvement initiatives at JP Morgan Chase, Microsoft, and the U.S. Navy, where she built a reputation for bringing clarity and direction to ambiguous and complex projects. Her efforts have directly addressed multiple Audit and Regulatory findings, resulting in the subsequent lifting of MRAs and MRIAs, which saved millions in avoided fines. Additionally, she has led process improvement initiatives that have resulted in tens-of-millions in validated cost savings.
